Lunch Pre-Order

To enhance your experience at the Symposium, we are offering attendees the option to pre-order a delicious wrap, sandwich or salad for $10. If you would like to pre-order food, please select your order below and proceed to payment. We will have your food reserved under your name and ready for pick-up at tables outside of the Keynote Speaker ballroom at noon.

  • Smoked Turkey Wrap: Smoked turkey, provolone, romaine lettuce, roasted red pepper aioli on a tomato basil tortilla wrap
  • Sliced Honey Ham Sandwich: Sliced honey ham, gruyere cheese, Dijon aioli, romaine lettuce on a pretzel roll
  • Asian Vegetable Wrap (V): Cabbage, red pepper, carrots, green onion, sweet chili sauce on an herb flour tortilla
  • Turkey Chef Salad (GF): Hearts of romaine and spring mix, sliced turkey, honey ham, swiss and cheddar cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard-boiled egg, black olives, assorted dressings

Beverages and other food items will be available for purchase throughout the day at the concession stand.

The Joy of Pickleball!

Come see what all the chatter is about around the fastest growing sport in the nation – PICKLEBALL! If you can play ping pong, tennis or any other racquet sport, you can PICKLE! This popular, active, fun game, is on a court half the size of a tennis court and twice the fun! Play is indoors or outdoors and can be enjoyed at many parks, rec centers and clubs throughout the greater Milwaukee area and surrounding suburbs! Learn the history, rules and strategy behind the game, and how you can get involved from Mike McGuire, ITPTA teaching pro.

About Mike McGuire

Mike McGuire is a Level II certified Pickleball instructor of the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association and has been since 2016. He regularly teaches private lessons and conducts clinics and corporate events for players of all levels. Mike also plays competitively with the top players in Southeast Wisconsin. We are excited to have a professional of Mike’s stature be part of the inaugural Enjoy Life Active Aging Symposium.
